Steve’s a great Chicago realtor. We focused on the north side (Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Roscoe Village, Old Town) and he knew everything about the neighborhoods, school districts, zoning, etc. He did a great job keeping us informed throughout the project and was always very responsive. We were looking for a live-in rental property and he has some unique experience in that space that made him vital to our purchase.
