Growing up in Chicago, Steven was surrounded by the industry, developing a deep appreciation for the city's diverse neighborhoods and developments. His great aunt, the owner of B. Nelson Realty, was a pivotal mentor and inspiration, while his grandmother, Arlene Novit, established the Novit Soldit Group as a successful Lincoln Park real estate business. Their ambition and success instilled in Steven the value of hard work and dedication.

 

Continuing his family's tradition, Steven has become a specialist in income producing properties and the residential luxury market throughout Chicagoland. His commitment to providing exceptional service led him to join Compass Realty, attracted by its cutting-edge technology that streamlines transactions for his clients. After ten years in property management, Steven transitioned to a Broker Associate role, realizing his dream of guiding clients to their ideal homes. His work philosophy is grounded in integrity and authenticity, ensuring every client feels respected and understood.

 

Steven, has spent the last two years immersing himself in the vibrant Miami market. As Team Lead in The Novit Soldit Group, Steven's expertise spans both the bustling streets of Chicago and the sun-soaked avenues of Miami. His journey in Miami was completed after meeting his fiancée, Victoria Ossorio, a Miami native, Steven combines his strategic acumen with her deep local knowledge to provide exceptional service across both cities. Together, they form a powerhouse team dedicated to meeting the diverse needs of their clientele.
